This role includes full responsibility for payments, payroll, reports, banks, checks, reconciliations, and ongoing financial control of the company, while working directly with an external CPA.
Job Responsibilities:
Full use and management of QuickBooks Vendor and subcontractor payments Check runs, bank activity, and bank reconciliations Payroll processing Accounts payable and receivable (AP / AR) Weekly and monthly financial reports Advanced, daily use of Excel Financial order and control across all company transactions Preparing all materials for the CPA for month-end and year-end closing Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting / finance Strong QuickBooks experience (required) Strong Excel skills (required) Experience with payroll, payments, and financial reporting Highly organized and detail-oriented Construction industry experience - an advantage
