What You'll Do:

Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products to customers in a clear, professional manner Secure approvals through lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations Accurately prepare and review all required documentation for vehicle sales and financing Collaborate closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient sales process Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and transparency throughout the finance process Monitor and achieve monthly sales and product penetration goals Protect dealership assets by ensuring proper handling of contracts and funds

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of finance experience required, preferably automotive Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit applications, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'volume dealership environment Professional, ethical, and teamâ€'oriented mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record Opportunities for advancement within the Serramonte Automotive group Please upload your resume.
