Compensation:

- 250K base + $25K
- 50K cash bonus + meaningful equity About Virio Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack.
Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We are now looking for a Head of Finance to build and own the finance function from the ground up — and to help capitalize on a business model that makes finance unusually strategic. Virio runs on revenue-share / performance-based pricing, so a meaningful share of our revenue is tied to client outcomes and realized over time. That makes accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and lending against future cashflows core to this role, not back-office afterthoughts. What You'll Do Own the finance function end to end
- reporting, controls, FP&A, cash, and compliance Build revenue recognition and accounts receivable processes suited to performance-based, outcome-linked contracts Forecast and model cashflows tied to client performance, and quantify the associated risk and variability Develop the capital strategy to finance against future receivables and cashflows
- revenue-based financing, working-capital facilities, and similar Partner with the CEO and leadership on pricing, deal structuring, and strategic decisions Deliver timely management accounts, board materials, and the numbers behind every major decision Manage cash, liquidity, and working capital
- including the timing gap between revenue earned and cash collected Build and lead the finance team as the company scales What Makes You a Great Fit Finance leadership experience
- Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience leading a finance function Technical rigor
- Strong technical accounting, internal controls, and management reporting foundation Performance-based pricing fluency
- Experience with revenue-share, usage-based, or outcome-based pricing models, or a strong appetite to own it Capital & cashflow strategy
- Exposure to revenue-based or receivables financing / lending against future cashflows is a major plus B2B GTM fundamentals
- Strong understanding of core B2B go-to-market principles and mechanics Founder mentality
