As the Adobe Americas Alliance Leader, you'll be at the center of one of our most important ecosystem relationships, shaping how IBM and Adobe come together to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Your role and responsibilities
  • In this role, you'll lead the Adobe-IBM Consulting partnership across the Americas.
You'll bring teams together, clear roadblocks, uncover new opportunities, and make sure our joint strategy translates into real customer impact.

Building on your deep knowledge of Adobe and its partner ecosystem, you will:
  • Lead the overall relationship strategy with Adobe and ensure alignment with IBM's growth objectives
  • Serve as the primary connection point between IBM's leadership and Adobe's executive teams, keeping both sides aligned, engaged, and moving toward shared outcomes
  • Run the partnership operating rhythm—weekly syncs, quarterly business reviews, executive engagements—and make sure decisions stick and momentum continues
  • Drive a data‑led pipeline motion by analyzing whitespace, matching Adobe Account Directors with IBM teams, and helping shape opportunities from early idea to deal advancement
  • Support joint account planning for key enterprise clients where Adobe plays a critical role
  • Coordinate enablement, certifications, partner communications, and awareness so IBM teams across the business know how to activate the alliance effectively
  • Maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive insights that keep the partnership informed, accountable, and focused on what matters most.
This role is built for someone who loves connecting dots, navigating complexity, and influencing without authority—all while building trusted relationships with Adobe and IBM leaders.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US
  • Required technical and professional expertise
  • Strong understanding of Adobe's products, solutions, and partner ecosystem, with the ability to translate platform capabilities into business value
  • Experience driving sales strategy, managing pipelines, forecasting, and aligning to market and partner priorities
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Solid operational skills—running cadence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring follow‑through on decisions
  • Deep familiarity with Adobe's partner organization and go‑to‑market model with existing relationships in the Americas
  • Comfort running major partner touch points such as Summit, MAX, and executive briefings, including capturing follow‑ups and closing the loop
  • Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Proven experience shaping solutions, supporting client needs, and helping deliver Adobe‑based engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute cross‑organizational strategies that drive growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights to stay ahead of the competition
  • Experience with Adobe's suite of products and solutions, including a thorough comprehension of their features, benefits, and applications to craft tailored solutions for clients.
  • Experience influencing large enterprise deals supported by joint partner solutions
