Job Description:
ETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Finance Manager in Irvine, CA to support debt and equity capitalization efforts across a national real estate development platform. This role will focus on project financing, investor and lender relations, financial analysis, and operational support for development projects across multiple asset types. The Capital Markets professional will assist with sourcing and managing debt and equity capital, preparing underwriting and investment materials, coordinating project closings, and supporting portfolio management activities. This individual will work closely with regional and local leadership teams to execute capitalization strategies, support business growth initiatives, and provide ongoing reporting to investors and lenders . Requiremen Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, or related field Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Experience preparing underwriting, investment committee, and offering materials Strong understanding of debt and equity financing structures Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a client-service approach
