We give Nurse Practitioners (NPs) everything they need to start and run their own practices - from billing and insurance infrastructure to AI-powered workflow automation. We're positioned to be the fastest growing in-person primary care company ever. Corner Health was co-founded by Lava Sunder and Anne Gifford and has raised a Series A backed by top investors, as well as the founders of DoorDash, Commure, Grow Therapy, Kindred, Culdesac & more. About the Role We're looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to own and drive financial performance at Corner Health. Corner Health is scaling quickly across markets, unlocking new opportunities to optimize company and practice-level economics. This role sits at the center of that and owns the financial foundation of the company while working closely with the cofounders to improve how the business runs day-to-day. You'll partner directly with the cofounders to drive high-impact work across the business-owning financial models, shaping growth investments, tracking performance, and setting the financial goals for key initiatives. Over time, you'll build and scale the finance function from the ground up, turning early systems and processes into a durable, high-functioning financial organization. What you'll work on Drive financial visibility: Track key metrics and improve visibility across the business Revenue cycle & financial flows: Improve and track end-to-end financial processes as it pertains to insurance revenue cycle management Own the financial foundation: Build and run the company's financial infrastructure, partnering with external accountants while ensuring accuracy, speed, and scalability Cross-functional support: Support compliance, HR, and other operational projects as needed What you're like You are hard-working, kind, and curious You have a high degree of autonomy and the ability to scale from 10 to 1000 You have 4-6 years of experience in a high-slope environment with a strong finance background (e.g., RevOps role at a fast growing startup, Strategic Finance, Financial consulting, investment banking) You are both analytical and operational. You can build models and also get into the details to make them real You're data-curious-you are excited to build models grounded in real business drivers, & you're constantly pushing to refine them You enjoy working in-person (our office is in Santa Monica, CA); you either live in LA or are excited to move to LA What would set you apart You're excited by the idea of creating more independent medical providers You've built or scaled something from 0→1 (product, brand, channel, or company) You care deeply about building something patients actually trust You've worked at a marketplace-style business before Benefits Competitive salary & equity compensation Top-tier health and dental Health & wellness stipend Eligible to participate in company-sponsored 401(k) plan What we're like You're joining an early-stage company - it's important to learn more about what we're like!
