Job Overview We are a growing produce company with multiple entities and locations, seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to support daily financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building scalable systems to support our continued growth. Mandarin-speaking ability is required. Responsibilities Oversee the general ledger, including account reconciliations and accuracy of financial data Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls Supervise, mentor, and develop a small accounting team What We're Looking For Fluent Mandarin-speaking ability required 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience managing accounting for multiple entities strongly preferred Proven leadership or supervisory experience Hands-on experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks or similar) Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability Why Join Us Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Ability to build and improve processes with direct impact High visibility and direct exposure to leadership Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for accounting excellence, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
