Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the local financial, legal, and tax operations in the U.S., including preparing corporate financial statements, tax filings, and proactive risk management. Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow plans, coordinate funding requirements, and generate cash flow statements. Provide financial, legal, and tax advice to support business operations. Manage annual financial audits, tax audits, and local asset inventories. Build and manage a team of 5-10 members. Coordinate and collaborate with the finance team in China.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related disciplines. At least 6 years of financial experience in mid-to-large enterprises in the United States, including over 3 years in a managerial role (candidates with experience in well-known large corporations may be considered with more flexible conditions). Proficient in GAAP, local tax laws and regulations, with expertise in internal control compliance and external risk management. Skilled in using financial software such as QuickBooks.

Work location:

Los Angeles (LAX) preferred; Newark (EWR) as an alternative. Strong achievement orientation, proactiveness, resilience, ability to handle pressure, influential skills, and fast learning ability.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
