Mortgage Domain SME West lake Village, CA
NO VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT
This role is for a Mortgage Domain Expert with strong data modeling skills , focused on aligning mortgage data with MISMO standards and building scalable data solutions (primarily on Snowflake) for analytics, risk, and reporting across the loan lifecycle. Must-Have Skills Strong experience in Mortgage Servicing (Active, Default, Secondary Market) Hands-on expertise in MISMO standards (XML, LDD, data mapping) Deep understanding of mortgage loan lifecycle Strong SQL skills for large datasets Experience with Snowflake (data modeling & performance tuning) Expertise in dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) Focus on data quality, governance, and documentation What They'll Do (In Brief) Map and align mortgage data to MISMO standards Build analytical data models in Snowflake Work with large datasets to support risk, credit, and performance analytics Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance
