Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager. This role will oversee core accounting activities, help maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to timely reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge and a hands-on approach to close processes, reconciliations, and audit support.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the monthly close cycle by coordinating deadlines, reviewing balances, and ensuring financial results are finalized accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage general ledger activity, including oversight of account analysis and the integrity of recorded transactions.
  • Prepare and review journal entries to support routine and adjusting accounting activity with proper documentation.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support financial statement audit activities by organizing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and validating supporting records.
  • Monitor accounting processes for compliance with internal policies and standard accounting practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify financial data, improve reporting accuracy, and address accounting issues as they arise.
