The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the financial services department, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for customers purchasing vehicles. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of loan processing and credit analysis. As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability while providing outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Oversee the loan processing and approval process for vehicle purchases, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options. Collaborate with sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall buying experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms for customers. Utilize financial software to manage transactions, track performance metrics, and generate reports. Provide training and support to sales staff on financing products and processes. Address customer inquiries regarding financing options, loan terms, and payment plans effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and automotive sales practices to ensure best practices are followed. Experience Proven experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or as a loan officer in the automotive or financial services industry is preferred. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Proficiency in financial software applications and strong mathematical skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory.
