Qualifications Microsoft Excel Full Job Description Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for overseeing core accounting and financial operations while managing a small finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, leadership capability, and experience with intercompany financial processes.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
Experience with:
QuickBooks. TruckMate. ADP (HRIS and payroll system)
  • preferred. Demonstrated experience with intercompany invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Must consent to a background check. Must consent to a credit screening.
Target credit score:
620 or higher (preferred, based on role sensitivity).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including intercompany transactions. Supervise and support two finance team members. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial reporting. Liaise with leadership on financial performance and operational insights. Deliver monthly/weekly reports to management and leadership. Manage and track invoices.
