Job Description

Accounting:
Recording of transactions and support in monthly closings.
Payroll and Tax Administration:
Payroll calculation, verification of tax withholdings, and compliance with state and federal obligations.
Budget Control and Analysis:
Budget preparation, variance analysis, and proposals for financial optimization.
Internal Review and Audit:
Analysis of accounting movements, correction of discrepancies, and preparation of reconciliation reports.
Supplier, Client, and Authority Relations:
Management of invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and coordination of returns.
Meetings and Project Participation:
Presentation of results in English, coordination of administrative processes, and resolution of issues under pressure.
Regulatory and Tax Compliance:
Application of GAAP, control of fixed assets, and support in regulatory reviews or audits.
Bilingual Skills:
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, facilitating effective interaction in multicultural environments.

$63,966.19 - $90,464.66 per year
