FULL CYCLE ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL

We need an experienced, hands-on Accounting Professional to manage and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger activity, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively across departments, including executive staff, sales, warehouse, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL) activity Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manage payroll processes Ensure tax compliance, including payroll, excise, sales, and property taxes Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts monthly and quarterly Maintain accurate filing and accounting systems Track fixed assets and manage capitalization/depreciation schedules Conduct internal audits to assess financial health Serve as primary contact for external auditors

Qualifications:

Accounting degree preferred (BS/BA/MBA) Prior experience in small business accounting Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in using accounting software
