$150,000 - $170,000 The ideal candidate brings a strong background in public accounting, auditing, and team leadership , along with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and financial reporting Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations and review processes Manage and review commission and bonus calculations Support corporate tax preparation and compliance Assist with audit processes and coordinate with external auditors Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff Collaborate cross-functionally on financial planning and operational initiatives Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Minimum 7 years of accounting experience At least 3 years of public accounting experience (required) Strong auditing experience (required) Prior management or leadership experience Experience with: General ledger Accounts receivable (AR) Commission and bonus structures Corporate taxes International taxes (preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organized professional Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment Proactive mindset focused on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement Work Arrangement 100% onsite role in Denver, CO
