Role Overview TrackVia is seeking a highly tactical and execution-oriented Director of Revenue Productivity & Enablement to help build a disciplined, scalable, and repeatable go-to-market motion. This role is focused on improving frontline sales execution through messaging consistency, outbound effectiveness, onboarding, call coaching, pipeline discipline, and sales process reinforcement. This is not a traditional corporate enablement role. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on and capable of working directly with sellers and leadership to improve day-to-day execution quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities Develop and operationalize sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and outbound playbooks Partner closely with leadership to reinforce sales process discipline and execution consistency Review sales calls, outbound activity, and pipeline quality to identify coaching opportunities Build onboarding and ramp programs for new sales hires Conduct role plays, objection handling sessions, and sales coaching programs Help establish outbound prospecting standards and operating rhythms Partner with Marketing and Product teams to improve messaging alignment and positioning Reinforce CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline Identify execution gaps and productivity bottlenecks across the revenue organization Support rollout and adoption of sales tools, methodologies, and processes Ideal Background 8+ years in sales enablement, frontline sales leadership, or revenue productivity roles Strong experience coaching outbound and enterprise sales motions Experience reviewing and improving sales calls and pipeline quality Highly operational and execution-oriented mindset Strong communication and coaching skills Comfortable operating in high-growth and transformation-stage environments Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution What Success Looks Like Faster onboarding and ramp times Improved outbound activity quality and effectiveness Increased messaging consistency and sales execution discipline Improved pipeline quality and forecast predictability Strong adoption of sales process and operating cadence
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $160K base salary with $40K target bonus potential (OTE $200K). This range reflects the expected compensation for this position; final offers may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
