Job Description

Revenue Analytics Manager Denver, CO | Full-Time About SnackCrate SnackCrate is on a mission to help people discover the world through food. Every month, we deliver a curated collection of imported snacks from a different country to thousands of customers across the United States. We're building an internal growth agency responsible for driving acquisition, retention, ecommerce, gifting, and customer experience. Data sits at the center of every major decision we make. We're looking for a Revenue Analytics Manager to serve as the source of truth across Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Subscription Analytics. This person will help leadership understand where growth is coming from, what customers are worth, and how marketing investments impact profitability. This is not a reporting role. This is a business intelligence and decision-support role. Experience working with subscription businesses is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Marketing Analytics Analyze acquisition performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and other channels Measure CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and customer quality Evaluate campaign and creative performance Build and maintain executive marketing dashboards Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency Subscription & Customer Analytics Analyze retention and churn trends Conduct cohort analysis Evaluate customer lifetime value by acquisition source Analyze gift recipient conversion and referral performance Monitor renewal and subscription plan performance Identify opportunities to improve retention and customer profitability Financial & Revenue Analytics Partner with Finance to evaluate contribution margin and profitability Analyze pricing changes, promotions, and discount programs Build forecasting models and payback analyses Evaluate marketing investment efficiency Support budgeting and planning initiatives Provide insights that help leadership make better decisions Data & Reporting Infrastructure Write and optimize SQL queries Build and maintain reporting datasets Ensure data accuracy across marketing and financial systems Improve attribution and reporting processes Create recurring executive reporting Help establish a single source of truth across departments What Success Looks Like Leadership trusts the data being presented Marketing and Finance operate from the same numbers Customer acquisition decisions are based on profitability, not platform-reported metrics Cohort and retention insights directly influence business decisions Reporting is proactive, accurate, and actionable Growth opportunities are identified before they become obvious Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or a related field Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries Experience working with MySQL Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Experience building dashboards and reports Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments Preferred Ecommerce experience Subscription business experience Experience analyzing customer cohorts, retention curves, churn, and lifetime value Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools Experience with attribution analysis Experience with customer cohort analysis Experience with Python or other data analysis tools Why This Role Matters This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Executive Leadership. SnackCrate is a subscription business, which means success is measured over months and years—not just individual transactions. The Revenue Analytics Manager will help us understand customer behavior across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition through renewal, retention, gifting, and reactivation. The ideal candidate understands how subscription businesses operate and can translate customer, marketing, and financial data into actionable business decisions. The Revenue Analytics Manager will help answer questions such as: Which acquisition channels produce the highest quality customers? How profitable are our promotions and offers? Which subscription plans generate the most lifetime value? What customer behaviors predict retention? How should we allocate marketing dollars for maximum return? Which cohorts generate the highest long-term contribution margin? What is the true payback period of a newly acquired subscriber? The work you do will directly influence company strategy, budgeting, customer acquisition, and long-term growth. Compensation $85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
