Job Description:
A family office is seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to join their team. The core focus of this position is treasury operations , but the scope extends beyond a traditional treasury-only seat. This individual will be expected to operate as a high-capacity, hands-on contributor who can also support cash forecasting, analytical work, contract-related coordination, compliance-oriented tasks, and special projects as needed. This role offers broad exposure across the business and will work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, and family members. The right person will be someone who can own day-to-day treasury activity while also bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow outward through expanded exposure and responsibility , rather than through a highly layered title structure. This position is expected to offer a salary in the $150,000-$180,000 range, depending on experience and overall fit.
Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day treasury operations function, including cash movement activities and overall liquidity coordination. Manage banking-related processes such as bank account administration , wire activity, and treasury documentation. Support cash forecasting efforts by translating financial activity into clear, actionable forward-looking insights. Analyze treasury and financial data with a strong attention to detail, identifying not only results but also the underlying drivers behind them. Partner with leadership and stakeholders to communicate treasury information clearly , including recommendations for process improvements and decision-making support. Contribute to cross-functional work that may include compliance-related activities, contract support, and project-based initiatives beyond the core treasury function.
Requirements:
Core treasury operations experience, including cash movement, bank account setup, and wire processes Cash forecasting and finance-oriented analytical work Working with a high level of detail and accuracy in a hands-on operating role Communicating complex financial information in a clear, simplified, and collaborative manner Managing projects or deliverables from beginning to end with strong ownership A professional, grounded approach and the ability to work effectively with different personality types in a high-exposure environment
