We are looking for a proven producer who can operate a high-performing finance office while also contributing to the growth and development of our sales team. This is a leadership-level opportunity for someone who understands how to maximize deal profitability, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Income potential exceeds $30,000 per month for qualified candidates.
Experienced Automotive Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:
Structure, submit, and secure approvals from prime & subprime lenders Present finance menus and protection products to customers Achieve high product penetration (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, Protection, etc.) Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations Finalize contracts and funding packages accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with lender partners Maximize back-end gross on every deal
Experienced Automotive Finance Manager Leadership:
This role extends beyond the finance office.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in training and developing the sales team Helping improve store-wide finance product presentations Supporting deal structuring and TO opportunities Collaborating with management on profitability strategies Contributing to process improvements across departments We are building a high-performance culture — and this role is a key part of it.
Experienced Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum (3) Three Years Automotive Finance Manager experience Proven track record of production & profitability Strong knowledge of lender programs & deal structuring High closing ratio & product penetration Menu presentation experience Compliance knowledge (Red Flags, OFAC, CIT, etc.)
Preferred:
CDJR / Stellantis experience RouteOne / Dealertrack proficiency Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Experienced Automotive Finance Manager Compensation and Benefits:
