Director of Revenue Cycle (Full time, Permanent)
Location:
Greater Manchester, CT Area (ONSITE!!)
Compensation:
$100,000-$125,000, depending on experience

Comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, and excellent retirement planA growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to provide leadership and oversight of revenue cycle operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring efficient revenue cycle processes across a multi-specialty healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management, experience working within multi-specialty practices, and a proven ability to improve processes, performance, and outcomes.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across the organizationDevelop and implement initiatives to improve revenue integrity, reimbursement, cash flow, and operational efficiencyManage contracts, compliance and establish new servicesMonitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership teams to support organizational goalsEnsure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practicesLead, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff and management team membersAnalyze revenue cycle trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-makingOversee workflow optimization and process standardization effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experienceExperience within a multi-specialty healthcare environment required (Behavioral health revenue cycle experience strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with Epic Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, revenue cycle operations, and payer relationsDemonstrated success leading teams, improving performance metrics, and implementing process improvementsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
