Director of Financial Services

Director of Financial Services New Haven Wiggin and Dana is looking for a dynamic Director of Client Financial Services to lead the full lifecycle of client-facing financial operations and drive revenue performance across the firm. This strategic, hands-on leader will partner closely with the CFO, firm leadership, attorneys, and high‑value clients to elevate financial processes, optimize cash flow, and strengthen the overall client experience. The role oversees critical functions including client intake, matter budgeting, billing/eBilling, collections, A/R, A/P, WIP, and trust accounting—while shaping firmwide financial strategy, improving workflows, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all client finance touchpoints. Ideal candidates bring deep law firm finance expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable financial results.
