Job Description

Accounting Manager Location:
Milford – Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)
Salary:

Responsibilities of Accounting Manager:
Monthly revenue reporting Manage and oversee the AP team, review AP invoices, issue payments, maintain relationships with consolidated bills vendors Maintain high volume fixed asset module, record monthly depreciation and disposals Month end general ledger account reconciliations Administer travel expense software, approve employee expenses, review and post monthly transactions to the general ledger Sales and tax reporting Annual issuance of 1099s Supports annual audit Departmental support for Operations, Real Estate, Marketing & Finance teams Increase department efficiency with a focus on expediting month end close Must be willing to be in person at the Corporate HQ 3-4 days per week Ad Hoc projects as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications of Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in accounting 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of accounting principles Must be technically proficient in Excel Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various internal and external teams with a proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and inspire collaboration and action #LI-GW1 #LI-Hybrid #
