This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is committed to maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products to customers. Secure financing through a variety of lending institutions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations. Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources. Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction. Review and finalize all deal paperwork accurately and efficiently. Achieve and exceed finance, product, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required. Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration. Knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with dealership management systems and lender portals preferred.
