Job Description

Compensation:
$20/hour
Summary:
This role's responsibilities are to assist with the administration of general operation as determined and directed by his/her supervisor in correlation to his/her course of study. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, research, data entry, filing, general coordination, and project management. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards for 18 senior living communities. Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes by gathering data and updating financial models. Analyze community-level performance metrics, including occupancy, revenue, labor costs, operating expenses, and resident care statistics. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis. Maintain and improve Excel-based financial models and reporting tools. Assist in consolidating financial results across the portfolio and preparing presentations for executive leadership. Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Community Executive Directors to gather data and understand business drivers. Perform ad hoc financial analyses related to capital projects, staffing initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities. Support data integrity efforts by validating financial and operational information from various systems. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or data analytics preferred. Experience with financial modeling and budgeting concepts preferred. Familiarity with reporting tools preferred. Interest in healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or senior living industries preferred
