Reports To:
FP&A Manager Hourly pay: $18/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to support our finance team in analyzing business performance and improving financial decision-making. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and data analysis within a dynamic, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and eager to learn how financial insights drive operational and strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing recurring financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data and updating financial models Analyze key business metrics such as revenue, expenses, and operational trends Identify patterns, insights, and potential risks through data analysis Build, update, and maintain Excel-based financial models and reporting tools Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for leadership review Collaborate cross-functionally to collect data and better understand business drivers Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business needs Help ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance reporting efficiency and workflow
Qualifications Required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data organization) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment EB-9213463022
