Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Senior Associate to join our clients investment team. This individual will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, including deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and portfolio company management teams, with a clear path toward promotion. Key Responsibilities Deal Execution & Due Diligence Lead and support evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation analysis Conduct detailed due diligence (commercial, financial, operational) and coordinate with external advisors Develop investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee Participate in transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution Sourcing & Market Coverage Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through proactive sourcing and banker relationships Conduct market research and industry analysis to support investment theses Portfolio Management & Value Creation Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives Monitor company performance, including financial reporting, KPIs, and budgeting processes Support value creation initiatives, add-on acquisitions, and exit planning Team Leadership Mentor and oversee junior Associates/Analysts Act as a key liaison between junior team members and senior leadership Collaborate with Partners and Principals on investment strategy and firm Qualifications 3-6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution experience Demonstrated experience leading due diligence processes Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
