Job Description
The Role The Senior Associate will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, with meaningful responsibility in transaction execution, portfolio management, and investment sourcing. This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership and investment committee decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis (LBO, DCF, comps) Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, consultants) Prepare investment committee materials and present key findings Evaluate new investment opportunities and develop investment theses Monitor portfolio company performance and track key KPIs Partner with management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts Support deal sourcing efforts, including market mapping and relationship development Mentor junior team members and manage deal execution Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A / LevFin) and/or Private Equity Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset Experience across the full transaction lifecycle (diligence through close) Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree required; strong academic track record preferred
