Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Manager/Finance Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue through high-end vehicle sales and financing solutions. This dynamic role combines leadership, sales expertise, and customer service excellence to maximize dealership performance. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals through effective coaching and support. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base via outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) outreach, and retail channels. Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up with potential clients. Conduct high-end negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and wholesale needs. Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Maintain professional communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and effective presentation techniques during customer interactions. Support marketing initiatives by participating in outreach efforts like cold calling, community events, or promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, automotive industry regulations, and safety standards. Experience 3+Years of experience in F&I and Sales Management Proven experience in automotive retail sales or dealership management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated success in B2B sales, outbound calling, negotiation, and upselling strategies. Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software tools used within automotive environments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Experience in public speaking or customer-facing roles that require persuasive presentation skills. $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
