We are seeking an experienced healthcare finance leader to oversee decision support, cost accounting, service line profitability analysis, and financial planning initiatives for a growing healthcare organization. This onsite leadership role is ideal for a professional with extensive STRATA experience and a strong background in healthcare financial analytics.

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-Time | 80 Hours Day Shift Onsite position in the Dover, DE area

Salary Range:

$111,155 - $172,286 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost accounting, productivity, and decision support systems Develop financial feasibility analyses, ROI models, NPV, IRR, and capital project evaluations using STRATA Publish and analyze service line and physician practice profit & loss statements Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives Oversee reporting for external agencies, audits, and regulatory requirements Train leaders on productivity and financial reporting tools Provide leadership and mentorship to decision support staff Assist with software implementations, including STRATA forecasting and other financial systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning, or decision support Healthcare industry experience required STRATA Jazz experience required STRATA forecasting experience required Strong financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
