$111,000 - $172,000 annually About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to lead decision support, cost accounting, forecasting, and financial performance initiatives within a healthcare environment. This onsite leadership position will play a key role in strategic planning, profitability analysis, budgeting, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess extensive healthcare finance experience and hands-on expertise with STRATA Jazz and forecasting systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cost accounting systems and service line profitability analysis.
  • Oversee productivity reporting and financial reporting for external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and publish monthly service line and physician practice profit and loss statements, scorecards, and performance reports.
  • Develop financial feasibility studies and business cases using STRATA, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.
  • Partner with leadership teams to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Generate reports for audits, cost reports, community benefit reporting, GME reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Train leaders and managers on productivity tools, financial reporting, and decision support resources.
  • Supervise and mentor decision support personnel and financial analysts.
  • Assist with software implementations, system upgrades, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning efforts through data analysis and financial modeling. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare finance, cost accounting, budgeting, decision support, or financial analysis.
  • Strong experience with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Healthcare industry experience required. Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Financial or healthcare-related certifications.
  • Experience with healthcare reimbursement, contracting, bundled payments, and physician compensation models. What We Offer
