at Robert Half in Newark, Delaware, United States Job Description Description Our client is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager with advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial documentation, reviewing financial calculations, managing revenue accounting and analysis, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal departments, initiating contract reviews and revenue recognition, oversee internal controls, and identify new strategies to generate data analytics and new business initiatives. If you are a Revenue Cycle Manager with excellent multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail, this role may be for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-of-month and end-of-year financial reviews to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and oversee account reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate contract management activities and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee revenue recognition processes in alignment with ASC 606 standards.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and review financial calculations to support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external controls to maintain compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven strategies to improve business initiatives. Requirements The ideal Revenue Cycle Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Other requirements for the Revenue Cycle Manager role include and are not limited to:
  • 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated history of driving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance (e.g., reduced AR days, improved collections, decreased denial rates)
  • Strong knowledge of billing practices, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologies
  • Experience with revenue cycle systems and electronic health records ( EHR / EMR ) platforms
