Job Description
Job DescriptionJob Description The Treasury Manager oversees banking relationships, cash management, and treasury operations. This role requires strong treasury expertise, knowledge of banking products, and project management skills to support multiple banks, legal entities, and joint venture structures. The position partners closely with Accounting, Development, Asset Management, Tax, Capital Markets, and external banking partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage banking relationships and account structures across development projects, operating properties, and joint ventures.
- Oversee cash positioning, liquidity, and forecasting across corporate and project entities.
- Ensure banking structures comply with lender requirements, JV agreements, and operational needs.
- Maintain internal controls over cash, bank access, and signer authorizations.
- Partner with Accounting and other teams on reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, lender reporting, and audits.
- Lead treasury-related projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, account rationalization, and system implementations.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Serve as a key resource for treasury systems and bank portals. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of treasury, cash management, or banking experience
- Experience supporting both development/construction and stabilized property operations.
- Strong understanding of real estate banking services, cash management, and loan structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred
- Experience with Kyriba or another Treasury Management System.
- Experience with Yardi and/or Entrata.
- CTP or similar credential preferred.
