This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in automotive sales. The ideal candidate will oversee both traditional and digital sales channels, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, inventory management, and marketing strategies. Multilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases, and experience with CRM software is essential for managing the sales pipeline efficiently. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals, focusing on high-end automotive sales and upselling techniques. Develop and implement effective sales strategies across B2B and retail markets, including outbound calls, cold calling, and internet inquiries. Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Oversee inventory management and inventory control to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand. Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize deal profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities; maintain accurate records of all transactions. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that boost dealership visibility both online and offline. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on retail math, organizational skills, public speaking, and effective communication techniques. Manage F&I processes by presenting finance options, upselling insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Maintain a professional dealership environment by adhering to company policies, ensuring proper inventory control, and supporting overall dealership operations. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership experience with a strong understanding of automobile sales processes. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, high-end sales, or retail sales environments. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and phone etiquette. Proficiency in CRM software systems for managing the sales pipeline effectively. Ability to perform retail math accurately and apply organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control procedures. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive retailing; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer demographics. Public speaking skills for presentations or dealership events are advantageous. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships through outbound calls and follow-up activities.
