Job Description:
We're hiring: Accounting Manager We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries Support audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and leadership teams What we're looking for: 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing or mentoring junior staff Proven ability to streamline processes and improve controls Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
Preferred:
CPA or CPA-track Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced Excel skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and making an immediate impact.
