Prepare and review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while establishing a consistent reporting cadence. Maintain general ledgers, oversee day-to-day accounting activities, and ensure accurate financial records across multiple entities. Partner with leadership and external advisors to support tax compliance, audits, entity administration, and special projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the overall accounting infrastructure. Serve as a key member of a lean team, providing hands-on support across a broad range of accounting, reporting, and operational finance activities.
