This is a newly created position and a key hire to the firm as they expand their presence within the RTP region.

Short Overview Of Responsibilities:

Oversee and review financial reporting engagements across investment entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to US GAAP and IFRS Lead the review of complex accounting records, capital account statements, and investment structures, resolving nuanced accounting issues as they arise Analyze financial statements, investment activity, and legal documentation to identify discrepancies and drive resolution Review sophisticated individual and business tax filings while supporting audit and compliance processes end-to-end Partner closely with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, high-quality reporting and insights across multiple engagements
