Role:

General Profile Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Does not typically perform the work supervised Must have any type of one direct report or more Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment

Essential Functions:

Supervises the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers.

Required Qualifications:

Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major:

Business, Finance or Accounting degree preferred Knowledge, skills & abilities: Corporate finance. Financial management. Financial reporting. Fiscal management. Accounting software. Financial analysis software. Leadership skills. Decision-making skills. Oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 25% travel likely.
