Job Description:
A fast-growing healthcare services organization with a strong national presence is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize a large multi-site RCM operation! This is an on-site position based in South Florida. This organization is financially stable, growth-oriented, and investing heavily in technology, automation, and process improvement across the revenue cycle department. The leadership team is collaborative, innovative, and highly supportive.
What's Exciting:
Executive leadership role with future VP of Revenue Cycle growth potential. Oversight of ~120 RCM employees, including 5 managers/supervisors. Opportunity to drive automation, operational efficiency, and process optimization. Strong mix of strategic leadership and hands-on operational execution. Desired qualities, skills and experiences: Experience managing large, multi-site RCM teams. Strong operational, people leadership, and process improvement skills. High emotional intelligence and approachable leadership style. Strong communication skills and is able to communicate with executive leadership teams. Experience implementing automation, AI-driven workflows, and operational efficiencies within revenue cycle.
Compensation and benefits:
