Job Description A high-volume automotive dealership in Southwest Florida (SWFL) is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager with a proven track record for outstanding customer service, compliance, and product sales to join our team. F&I Managers are responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to customers, while ensuring strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Work directly with customers to provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer financing Maximize overall profitability of the F&I department while maintaining high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of lending institutions to secure competitive financing for our clientele Ensure the timely and accurate funding of all contracts Meet or exceed dealership F&I sales goals Provide training and support to the sales staff to ensure a smooth transition from the sales floor to the finance office Drive business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day dealership operations Ensure the customer completely understands their vehicle financing, terms, and paperwork Maintain an outstanding compliance track record and ensure all deals adhere to state and federal regulations Work seamlessly with dealership management software, lender portals, and menu selling systems Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance Qualifications include but are not limited to: Prior automotive F&I experience (required) Prior verifiable F&I Manager experience with proven success and strong PVR track record (required) Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting dealership finance departments Knowledge of RouteOne and standard menu selling software Excellent communication skills via the phone and in person Outstanding compliance track record Great attitude with a high-energy personality CDK Experience (preferred) Proficient in operating computer software Great communication skills with the ability to effectively build rapport with lenders, staff, and customers High level of motivation with the ability to boost morale during the workday Very strong listening skills with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
