This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, and optimizing practice efficiency. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate and timely clinical documentation, and effective supervision of the Medical Assistant team. This role serves as the operational bridge between the clinical and administrative functions of the practice, and plays a direct role in supporting charge capture, documentation timeliness, and the quality of the patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office management, fiscal oversight, and team supervision, all while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Duties Manage daily clinic flow, provider schedules, room assignments, and patient throughput Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, charge capture, and procedure coordination Supervise, train, and support Medical Assistants, including scheduling and performance monitoring Assist with documentation compliance, billing support, and workflow improvements Address patient concerns and promote a professional, patient-centered experience Coordinate with front desk, billing, and authorization teams to support clinic operations Requirements Minimum 2 years of clinical operations, medical office management, or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Clinical background as a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN or equivalent credential preferred Familiarity with EHR documentation standards and clinical workflow in a specialty or primary care practice Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills; proven ability to hold staff accountable in a respectful and professional manner Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-volume clinical environment Join us as a Clinic Manager to lead a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring operational excellence.
