• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales/Finance Manager to lead our sales team and oversee financial operations associated with vehicle transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales and finance, a keen eye for details, and exceptional customer service skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Manage finance and insurance processes to ensure a seamless customer experience. Structure deals to achieve maximum profitability for both the company and the customer. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and other financial partners. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations. Provide training and guidance to sales staff on effective financing solutions and product knowledge. Analyze market trends to determine competitive pricing and finance programs. Collaborate with other departments to refine processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in automotive sales and finance management. Strong understanding of financial and insurance products related to vehicle sales. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to mentor and foster a positive team environment. Proficient in using dealership management software and financial systems. High degree of professionalism and ethics.
