Full-time About the Opportunity Our client is a real estate investment and development platform focused on transformative projects. Role Overview We are seeking a Accounting Manager to lead accounting and consolidated financial reporting across the investment platform. This role will own core reporting processes, support complex investment and fair value accounting, and partner closely with finance, asset management, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting under
U.S. GAAP.
Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes at the fund level. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with
U.S. GAAP.
Oversee consolidation analyses, intercompany eliminations, ownership schedules, and equity roll forwards. Support fair value reporting and documentation, including coordination of valuation assumptions and market inputs. Partner with finance and asset management teams on investment activity, capital planning, and reporting models. Coordinate audit and tax deliverables, including workpapers, support schedules, and external advisor requests. Prepare fund reporting packages, analytics, and variance analyses for leadership and investors. Strengthen close processes, internal controls, and reporting automation initiatives. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Direct experience in public accounting or real estate private equity, fund accounting, or investment management. Strong knowledge of
ASC 810, ASC
820, and ASC 946. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
