Responsibilities Collaborate with sales teams to present financing options that meet customer needs and preferences. Review and analyze credit applications, perform credit analysis, and determine loan eligibility in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations. Process loan documentation accurately using financial software and ensure all contracts are complete and compliant with federal and state laws. Negotiate terms with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining integrity and transparency. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and other financial services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Manage title processing, loan approval workflows, and ensure timely submission of all paperwork for funding. Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized financial guidance. Stay current on industry trends, dealership policies, and legal requirements related to auto financing to ensure compliance and best practices. Skills Proven experience in automotive finance management or as a loan officer within the financial services sector. Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining trust. Expertise in credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and title processing procedures. Familiarity with financial software systems used for loan origination and processing. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of basic math, 10-key typing proficiency, and math fundamentals necessary for accurate calculations. Knowledge of TILA regulations to ensure transparent lending practices. Prior dealership experience preferred, especially in automobile sales environments. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving capabilities.
