Position Summary The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides strategic financial leadership for enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. The role owns and directs the enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes, including managing the planning calendar, data intake and validation, and integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow outputs. The role maintains a multi-year strategic outlook and a monthly rolling forecast, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, capital deployment, and long-term strategy. As a finance leader, the role mentors and provides functional leadership to Financial Analysts who partner with business units for data inputs and analysis. The role collaborates closely with Operations, Accounting, IT, HR, and other corporate teams to support planning, KPI development, and enterprise performance tracking. The position also supports capital and project forecasting, advanced financial modeling, and drives continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting by applying best practices and scalable planning frameworks. Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to: Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Own the annual enterprise budget and all 12-24 month rolling forecasts, including input collection, validation, and performance reforecasting. Develop and maintain the 36-month strategic financial plan, translating long-term objectives into measurable, actionable financial targets. Create 5-year projections to inform capital investment decisions. Build integrated three-statement models that connect operating plans, balance sheet structure, and cash flow. Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate growth initiatives, constraints, and downside risk. Financial Insights, Reporting & FP&A Enablement Analyze financial and operational drivers and translate insights into executive recommendations. Develop dashboards, executive presentations, and board-ready materials. Partner with business leaders on performance management and scenario modeling. Support capital project, asset deployment, and strategic initiative forecasting. Establish and monitor enterprise KPIs with consistent definitions. Promote data accuracy, controls, and documentation. Support planning system evolution and implementation. Drive FP&A process standardization and automation. Mentor and guide Financial Analysts. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred. 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience. Enterprise budgeting and forecasting leadership experience. Strong financial modeling and GAAP knowledge. Working knowledge of corporate tax fundamentals. Advanced Excel skills and strong project management abilities. Proven ability to lead through influence. Preferred CPA or similar certification. Experience with CPM / planning systems. ERP and analytics tools exposure (Dynamics 365, Power BI, SQL). Experience in multi-entity or capital-intensive environments.

Our target pay range for the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis position is $120,000 to $133,000 per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
