We are looking for a powerhouse accounting leader to oversee our operations, from building out SOPs to navigating the intricacies of ASC 606 and DCAA compliance. This isn't just about keeping the books; it's about building the financial backbone of a high-tech innovator.

Responsibilities:

Architect the

Lead the month-end process, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit-readiness at every turn. Master the

Manage ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Leases) within a complex, project-based environment.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and Cost Accounting, while implementing the structure (SOPs, checklists) needed to scale.

Strategic Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, investors, and internal stakeholders to drive transparency and accuracy.

5-10+ years in progressive accounting, with at least 2 years in management.

Industry Edge:

Direct experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Government contracting (DCAA/Cost Pools knowledge is a major plus).
