Job Description

Revenue Manager Overseeing a Portfolio of 4 Boutique Hotels About Us Strategic Allies is a recruiting and staffing firm seeking an experienced Revenue Manager that will oversee the revenue strategy and pricing optimization for a portfolio of four hotel properties. This is a direct-hire opportunity, and the selected candidate will become an employee of our client. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys data analysis, and has a strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and revenue management systems. Position Summary The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability by managing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, monitoring occupancy, and ensuring rate accuracy across all booking channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with hotel revenue management, OTA distribution, and channel management systems to ensure pricing consistency and optimize overall performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy. Monitor daily occupancy trends and adjust pricing based on market demand. Maintain accurate rates and inventory across all distribution channels, including OTAs and direct booking websites. Ensure rate parity between third-party booking platforms and hotel websites. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and local events to identify revenue opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports. Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive profitability. Manage restrictions, promotions, packages, and special pricing strategies. Audit booking channels regularly identify and correct pricing discrepancies. Optimize distribution strategies to increase direct bookings while maintaining OTA performance. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience . Experience managing multiple hotel properties preferred.
Strong understanding of:
Revenue Management Systems (RMS) Property Management Systems (PMS) Channel Managers Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience Boutique or lifestyle hotel experience. Multi-property revenue management experience. Knowledge of forecasting models and dynamic pricing strategies. Experience increasing direct booking conversion while maintaining OTA visibility. What You'll Do You will play a critical role in maximizing revenue across four hotels by ensuring pricing accuracy, optimizing occupancy, and implementing strategic revenue initiatives that drive profitability and long-term growth.
