Oversee brokerage-related finance workflows, including commission accounting, agent billing, transaction allocations, and related financial controls. Establish stronger forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning processes. Support acquisition analysis, deal modeling, and finance due diligence as needed. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team while creating clear ownership, accountability, and operating cadence. Improve SOPs, internal controls, approvals, and accountability across key finance workflows. Work across accounting platforms, workflow systems, and source-to-ledger processes to improve reporting reliability and financial integrity. Demonstrated ability to improve reporting discipline, strengthen accounting operations, and build scalable finance processes in a complex environment. Strong experience building management reporting for CEOs, owners, executive teams, or boards. Experience improving segment reporting, allocation methodologies, and profit-center visibility. Strong treasury and cash management experience. Experience overseeing banking relationships, cash concentration structures, liquidity management, and intercompany cash flows. Systems fluency across accounting platforms, workflow systems, and reporting dependencies. Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
