Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager/ Assistant Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This position plays a critical role in driving financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. Path to Controller Industry-Construction Salary- $100K-$125K 100% in Office 401K/Profit Sharing 75% covered benefits for Single 2 weeks PTO What You'll DO Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cash flow, payroll, and account reconciliations Review tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Partner with executive leadership to support financial planning and decision-making Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with external partners Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management expertise What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience CPA preferred Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
