In this pivotal role, you will lead the financing process, assist customers in securing optimal loan options, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Duties Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently Evaluate credit applications by performing credit analysis to determine approval eligibility and appropriate financing terms Prepare and review contracts, loan documents, and title processing paperwork with precision and attention to detail Upsell additional financial products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service to foster loyalty Utilize financial software systems for loan processing, credit reporting, and documentation management efficiently Requirements Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership environment Strong background in customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation techniques Familiarity with loan officer responsibilities including credit analysis, TILA compliance, and contract preparation Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations and data entry (10 key typing) Knowledge of dealership operations such as title processing, deal structuring, and deal closing procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly Experience with auto sales processes and understanding of automobile industry standards is highly desirable This role offers an energetic environment where your skills can thrive.
