Title:
Finance Manager -
Oracle EPM Introduction:
The Finance Manager - Oracle EPM will provide dedicated program and execution support to the Finance Transformation Senior Manager, leading day-to-day delivery across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives. This role will play a critical role in driving requirements management, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level storytelling to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across various workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end tracking of business requirements across all process areas. Coordinate review cycles and incorporate feedback into finalized requirements. Manage director-level signoff processes and ensure timely approvals. Maintain centralized trackers to ensure visibility to status, risks, and dependencies. Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate program status, risks, decisions, and outcomes. Translate complex financial, technical, and process topics into clear and compelling narratives for senior leadership. Support execution of Finance Transformation initiatives aligned to EPM implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Prepare and manage day-to-day workplans, tracking progress, and identifying risks/issues for escalation. Serve as a liaison across stakeholders to drive decision-making and maintain momentum. Proactively identify bottlenecks, overdue items, and stakeholder gaps. Drive structured escalation processes and prepare recommendations for leadership review. Prepare content and coordination for key meetings and develop presentation materials. Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of requirements and outputs. Drive disciplined documentation practices to support auditability and traceability.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
5-8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, consulting, or program management Demonstrated experience building executive-level presentations Strong program coordination and requirements management experience Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet skills Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured, executive-ready communications
